  • Only those people picking up students in pre-K3 and pre-K4 may park or stand in front of the school.
  • If you’re picking up a student in kindergarten through 8th grade park in Lot 5 and walk up to the dismissal area.

Dismissal: Inclement Weather

Do not enter the school building!

Park in Lot 5, if you’re driving. Families of students in prekindergarten may park or stand in front of the school building, space permitting. If there are no open spaces in front of the school you must circle through the carpool lane or park in Lot 5 and walk to the building.

Please proceed to the appropriate door and tell a staff member that you’re ready to pick up your child:

  • Main Entrance: Prekindergarten
  • Door 2 (Sherman South / ADA Door): Kindergarten–2nd Grade
  • Door 6 (Stairway 1 / Main Hall): 3rd–8th Grades

Staff members will be on hand to notify your child’s teachers that you have arrived; your child will be sent out to meet you. When waiting, please maintain six feet of social-distancing space; do not congregate around doorways.

So that we do not lose our parking privileges, please park only in Lot 5. Do not double park in the drop-off lane or in Lot 2 (the residents’ lot closest to the school).

Inclement-weather dismissal takes longer than our usual dismissal process. Thank you for being patient.
