We know the importance of an effective application process—one that offers candidates the opportunity to explore our school and discover whether Creative Minds is a good fit for them. We strive for transparency and keep candidates informed every step of the way.
Find and apply for open positions at our jobs website. We’ll contact the most qualified candidates and begin the interview process.
The first step is a phone screening: a friendly conversation in which our manager of human resources learns more about you, shares information about working at Creative Minds, and answers your questions.
If you move to the next step in the application process, you’ll visit our school for a tour and an in-person interview. During this visit, teaching candidates present a demonstration lesson—allowing us to see their teaching practices in action—and have the opportunity to meet Creative Minds teachers to hear first hand what it’s like to teach at our school.
Our emphasis is always on an exchange of information. As we learn more about you during the interview process, you’re learning about us, too, and making an educated decision about whether a job with Creative Minds is the best next stage of your career.
After the interview process has been completed, we perform all mandated applicant checks and contact successful candidates with a job offer. Our goal is to quickly notify candidates about whether we’re extending a job offer. Notification usually happens in about a week, depending on how long it takes to complete mandated checks.
