Creative Minds celebrates and embraces individuality while fostering a strong and compassionate community. Throughout the school day and beyond, we create diverse opportunities for students to explore and pursue their unique interests and talents.

The heart of our school is experienced through Community Meetings. It’s a special time when we share our learning experiences, honor our international connections, and align ourselves with our personal goals of being respectful, adaptable, thinkers, resilient, communicators, ethical, collaborative, and empathetic.

 

Before and After Care Program

Creative Minds will provide before and after-care services for all grade levels during the 2026-27 school year. Their customized programs allow students to learn and thrive in a safe, familiar setting with a professional staff.

 

Before School runs from 7:15 am to 8:15 a.m. Students attending Before School play games, read, and have breakfast before School begins. The program starts.

Monday through Friday $91per child
Part-Time (4 days/week) $72 per child
Part-Time (3 days/week) $54 per child
Part-Time (1-2 days/week) $22-$43 per child

We’re excited to welcome extended-day care in-house this year, taking over from Flex! Our new program, the CREW (Creativity • Recreation • Enrichment • Wellness), brings daily enrichment, a snack, and staff who already know your child.

  • Before Care: 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM (PreK-8)
  • After Care: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM (PreK-4 *See Middle School Clubs for 5th-8th)

Monthly Tuition


You choose how many days a week your child attends, from one to five, and which specific weekdays. Staff are scheduled by
day, so we need to know who is coming when. The rates below are per month.

After-School Activities

Clubs are free for students when they begin.

What middle school aftercare looks like now:

  • Students report to a designated space at dismissal with staff until 5 PM.
  • The space is set up for homework and study time, drawing and art materials, independent reading, board games and card games, and time with friends.
  • Students also get outdoor time and gym time on a rotating basis.
  • Daily snack is provided.

Wednesday flag football with Flagstar:


We are excited to continue our partnership with Flagstar Football. Flag football will run on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM beginning Wednesday, September 2nd. On Wednesdays, students report to the activity room at dismissal and move to flag football from 4:30 until 5:30 PM. There is no cost to participate. If you would like your student to participate, please reply to this email with your student’s name and grade, and I will add them to the roster.Next Steps:

We are actively working to bring on additional instructors so we can launch the full slate of middle school clubs. As soon as those options are confirmed, students will have the chance to choose their activities.

  • Members collaborate on community improvement with the Creative Minds Leadership team, the Creative Families Association, and Student Council sponsors.
  • Members are dedicated to addressing issues within school policies, planning and implementing incentives, and providing service to our community.
  • Members learn financial, leadership, administrative, and communication skills.
