Reenrollment & Enrollment
Both reenrollment and enrollment for the 2021–22 school year begin on April 5, with a deadline of May 3. Families will have the option to submit forms and documents online, by phone, or through an at-school appointment; we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
On April 2, we’ll email enrollment and reenrollment instructions to families, including information about scheduling an appointment at school.
April 24 is Enrollment Saturday, a time when families can can submit paperwork and get help with the reenrollment and enrollment process. We’re not yet sure whether this will be an online or an in-person event; please stay tuned for more information.

Info Night for Spanish-Speaking Families
We invite our Spanish-speaking families to join us for an online meeting on Tuesday, March 30, at 6:30 p.m. Ana Schcolnik and Abby Shaffer will discuss at-school learning and answer questions. Please email Ana to receive a link to the meeting: ana.schcolnik@creativemindspcs.org.
Expanded At-school Learning
Earlier this week, we emailed families whose children are returning to school on March 29. If your child is starting at-school learning on Monday and you didn’t receive an email, please contact our Reception Team: frontdesk@creativemindspcs.org.
The Guide to At-school Learning contains important information about the school day, health and safety practices, and more. Also keep in mind the following:
- Students who are returning on March 29 should bring their Creative Minds-issued tablet or laptop with them to school. If you child doesn’t have a school-issued device, we will provide one.
- Harewood Gate is the entrance and exit point for drivers, starting March 29.
- Those walking or biking onto campus should use Eagle Gate.

COVID-Testing Program
Our free COVID-testing program is open to all staff and students working and learning in the school building, and to anyone else in their households. Testing is optional and happens every other Wednesday at school; the next testing date is April 7.

Immunization Compliance: Required
Students who return to Creative Minds for classes in the school building must meet the following conditions:
- Be up to date with required vaccinations
- Have a Universal Health Certificate from within the last year on file at school
A COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
Students who are immunization noncompliant will not be allowed into the building for learning at school.
