Books & Supplies: Distribution Event for Families
We invite families to visit campus on January 27 or January 28 to pick up a few books and supplies for the second semester:
Wednesday, January 27
12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 28
9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Schedule
You’re welcome to pick up resources on either day, at the event time that’s most convenient for you.
To help maintain social distancing, we’re proposing a staggered schedule. Please consider visiting campus during the relevant date and time below. If you have more than one child at Creative Minds, choose the grade level of your older child.
January 27
- 1st Grade
12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. - 2nd Grade
1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. - 3rd Grade
2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. - 4th Grade
3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. - 5th & 6th Grades
4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - 7th & 8th Grades
5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
January 28
- Preschool
9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. - Prekindergarten
11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. - Kindergarten
1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.
Accessing Campus
On arrival, be prepared to show your campus pass or government-issued ID at the guard gate.
Driving to Campus: enter and exit through Harewood Gate.
Walking or Biking onto Campus: enter and exit through Eagle Gate.
Event Logistics
Weather permitting, the distribution event will happen outside, at the front entrance to the school building, for drivers, walkers, and bicyclists.
Drivers will enter the carpool lane and proceed to the pickup point; they will not need to leave their cars.
In the case of inclement weather, we will distribute resources inside the building, and drivers will park in Lot 5.
However you arrive, staff will be on hand to direct you.
Safety Protocols
This will be a socially distanced event. Masks are required on campus for everyone age two and older, including community members in their vehicles.
If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or has been exposed to COVID-19, please do not visit campus.
